Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped promptly after payment confirmation.

Delivery is carried out by Polish Post (Poczta Polska) or by selected private courier companies, depending on the shipping option chosen by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the selected carrier.

Customers will receive tracking information (if available) after the order has been shipped.
